Fillers: Chicago Gasket’s exclusive compressible, non-asbestos, liquid resistant “1300 BLUE”, 3/16″ or 5/16″; flexible graphite; SS304 Steel, Monel, Nickel, steel with and without tabs.

The standard for glass-lined vessels and piping.

Envelope: PTFE slit or butt-welded tape envelope.
Inserts: Chicago Gasket’s exclusive, compressible, non-asbestos, liquid resistant “1300 BLUE”; corrugated SS304.

CRTCH CHANNEL GASKET

For general purpose use where product build-up or residue is unacceptable.

CRTDE DOUBLE ENVELOPE

General purpose gasket for pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries when 100% protection of the compressible inserts is desirable or mandatory.

Used for continuous service above 350°F and where corrosion resistance of the compressible insert is desirable.

A general purpose gasket and hybrid of the RX and DE style, PTFE channel inner envelope.

CRTAS ANTISTATIC

Used to reduce the build up of static electricity caused by friction between immiscible and free falling products having low electrical conductivity.

Envelope: Conductive PTFE channel.
Inserts: Compressible flexible graphite, corrugated SS304 with grounding tab.
